I just had my first go with RackUp + Go, and I gotta say, I was really happy with it.

After I made my order, I got a nice personal follow-up email, and my Thule bike rack showed up fast and in perfect shape. A couple of weeks later, I made another purchase, and it was just as great as the initial one.

Fast delivery and great packaging! I've received a ton of items for my van build that arrived with the boxes all messed up and the stuff inside damaged. So, it was a breath of fresh air to get this one on a pallet, all in one piece. I get that the shipping companies are usually to blame for the previous issues, but this was dispatched really fast, which I appreciated.

I really appreciate how simple it was to get the Thule Easyfold xt. Even though it was labeled as 'Open Box', everything was included, and the bike rack looked brand new.

It's just absurd and kinda offensive that you offer the towers and adapters for this rack but don’t include the crossbars. Finding out I had to shell out another $300 for a piece that the rack absolutely needs was infuriating. I get that Yakima is the main offender for making sure that EVERYTHING is sold individually, but come on, it wouldn't be too hard for you as a seller to bundle it right.

I received an open box product that made me a tad uneasy since it cost a grand. I even got cold feet and pulled the plug on the order. They refunded my cash super quick. I was really impressed with their customer service, so I went ahead and bought the item again. When it arrived, it was exactly as described. I’m really happy I reversed my decision and saved a good chunk of change. The item I ended up with was nearly 1500.00 when unopened.

I got myself an open box bike rack, and honestly, I was a little anxious about its condition when it arrived. RackUp sent it out the same day I placed my order, and both the packaging and the rack showed up in excellent shape. There was a spot on the box that had been taped (guess that's why it's an open box?), but aside from that, it seemed like the rack had never been taken out. All the original packing materials were still there. Big shoutout to RackUp for their fantastic prices and quick free shipping! To top it all off, one of the owners, Zac, reached out a few days later to check if I was satisfied with my order. Seriously, don't think twice about ordering from these folks.

I totally recommend this place! I placed my order on a Saturday and got my item by the next Wednesday. I ordered an open box Kuat Piston Pro X, and honestly, it looked brand new to me. For any future stuff I might need from their site, I’ll surely be back for more.
